Social media posting in plain words

No jargon. This is all it is, and all you need to know.

  1. We plan a month of postsFrom your offers, your work and your customers' questions.
  2. You approve themIn one go, before the month starts.
  3. We publish and reportOn the day, on every platform, and show you what each post brought.

Is your page working for you?

The patterns we see most often when a business asks us to look at its social media.

  • The last post is months old

A customer checks the page before calling and wonders whether you are still open.

  • Posting when someone remembers

Three posts in a week, then nothing for two months.

  • The same image everywhere

One picture pushed to every platform, cut badly on half of them.

  • LinkedIn left empty

The company page that business customers check has a logo and nothing else.

  • Comments nobody answers

Questions under posts wait for days, in public.

  • Nobody knows what it brings

Likes are counted; visits, messages and calls are not.

What does managed social media posting involve?

Social media posting is the regular, unpaid content on your business pages: news, offers, your work, your team, answers to the questions customers ask. It is what people see when they look you up before they call.

Most pages start well and go quiet after a month, because posting every week takes time nobody has. Managed means we do the whole job: the plan, the writing, the design, the publishing and the report, every month.

A page that posts every week tells a customer the business is open, active and worth the call. How it compares with email: email or social media.

  • Every week, not when there is time A calendar a month ahead, published on the day, every week.
  • Results, not likes Every month judged by the visits, messages and calls the posts brought.

Send us your pages.

We tell you, for free, what is missing, what we would post first, and which package fits.

What is in a post that brings customers?

Every post has the same parts. Each numbered part is something we write, design and check for you.

  1. The pageA name and picture people recognise. Kept complete and current.
  2. The first lineOne reason to stop scrolling. The rest is cut off.
  3. The pictureYour own work, sized for the platform.
  4. The next stepHow to book, call or buy, where it fits.
  5. The tagsA few that people really follow, never thirty.

Who does what?

You run your business. We run the pages and count what they bring.

What you do

  • Give us a role on your pagesTwo minutes, once. Your passwords stay yours.
  • Send photos of your workPhone photos are fine. We make them fit.
  • Approve the monthOne calendar, one reply.

What we do for you

  • Plan the calendarA month ahead, agreed with you.
  • Write and design every postIn your voice, made for each platform.
  • Publish on the dayAt the hours your followers are online.
  • Answer commentsOn working days; the sensitive ones go to you.
  • Report in resultsVisits, messages and calls, every month.
  • Build the page when one is neededAn offer page that matches the post.

What does social media posting include?

Everything between an idea and a post that brings a customer, done by one team on a fixed calendar.

  • The planA monthly calendarOffers, seasons, news and your work, planned a month ahead and agreed with you.
  • WritingPosts written in your voiceText made for each platform, in the language your customers speak.
  • DesignImages in your brandYour photos made to fit each platform, with your colours and logo.
  • VideoShort videosReels from your photos and clips, or a script you film in a minute.
  • PublishingPublished on the dayAt the hours your followers are online, on every platform in your package.
  • ReportingA report in resultsReach and engagement, then the visits, messages and calls the posts brought.

Want your pages run like this? Tell us which pages you have. We tell you what we would post first, and which package fits.

Your post in the feed, the moment it is seen, and the visit it is there to bring.

What decides whether a post brings customers?

Three things, in this order. Skip the first and the rest is wasted.

  1. Whether the page posts regularly

The platforms show a page more when it posts often, and customers trust a page that is clearly alive.

A calendar agreed a month ahead and published on the day, every week.

  2. Whether the post says something worth stopping for

People scroll past in a second. A real photo and one clear point stop them; a generic quote does not.

Posts about your work, your offers and your customers' questions, written in your voice.

  3. Whether there is a next step

A post that never says how to book, call or buy gets likes and no customers.

A link, a phone number or a message button where it fits, and every click counted.

Works even better with Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta)

Put your best post in front of new people.

When a post works, a small ads budget takes it to customers who do not follow you yet.

How does social media posting start?

Your pages first, then the plan, then the first post. Nothing is published before you approve it.

  1. PagesYour pages checked, tidied and connected, with a role for us; your passwords stay yours.
  2. BrandYour voice, colours and photos gathered once, in your business profile.
  3. First calendarA month of posts written and designed, sent to you for approval.
  4. Every monthPosts published on the day, comments answered, the report in results.

Before you decide anything, we check your Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages. You keep the findings whether you work with us or not. One term that helps: social media marketing.

No obligation. A person who does this work replies.

  1. 1
What a customer sees firstYour pages read the way a new customer reads them.
  2. 2
What is missingProfile details, links and the posts nobody made.

Not sure social media suits your business? Ask first.

Tell us what you sell and who buys it. We tell you honestly which platform is worth it, if any.

Social media posts, ads or email: which do you need?

Posts keep you visible to the people who follow you. Ads reach new people for a budget. Email brings back the people who gave you their address.

Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, explained

Three platforms, three kinds of customer. When a post opens a page, it is one built by our website team.

Facebook

Where local customers look you up, read reviews and send a message.

  • Offers, news and opening hours
  • Posts for your town and area
  • Messages and comments answered
  • Events and seasonal posts

Instagram

Where people decide by the picture: products, places, results, before and after.

  • Photos made for the feed
  • Short videos (Reels)
  • Carousels that tell one story
  • Stories for the week's news

LinkedIn

Where business customers, partners and future employees check who you are.

  • Your company page kept active
  • Projects, results and know-how
  • Posts that your team can share
  • News that builds trust before a meeting

Before they call, they look at your page.

We make sure what they find is recent, clear and worth the call, every week.

Works even better with Email Marketing

Turn followers into a list you own.

The feed decides who sees a post; an email reaches everyone who signed up.

A notebook, a tablet and a keyboard laid out to plan social media posts

How do you make social media pay?

Five rules we follow on every page. Check your own against them, with us or without us. Two terms worth knowing: social media marketing and click-through rate.

  1. 1
Post on a calendar, not on inspirationTwo posts every week beat ten in one week and nothing for a month.
  2. 2
Show your own workReal photos of your products, your place and your people beat any stock image.
  3. 3
Make each post for its platformA tall video for Instagram, a clear point for LinkedIn, a local offer for Facebook.
  4. 4
Answer every commentA question answered in public is read by everyone who comes after.
  5. 5
Judge by visits and messagesLikes are a sign. The customers who called or wrote are the result.

What we promise, and what we never will.

Social media is easy to fake with numbers. We would rather be held to account.

What we will never sell you

  • Bought followers, likes or comments
  • Generic posts copied from other businesses
  • Publishing anything you have not approved
  • A cost per post on top of the package

What you can hold us to

  • Every post approved by you before it is published
  • The pages and their followers stay yours
  • Your passwords never asked for: you give us a role
  • Reports in visits, messages and calls, not only likes

A page that has not posted in months?

Send us the link. We tell you, for free, what to post first and how often.

We also look after everything your pages depend on.

Publishing runs through the platforms' official connections, from our own servers in Europe, watched by the same team that writes your posts.

  • Access by role, not passwordYou add us to your page; you can remove us with one click.
  • Official publishingPosts go out through Meta's and LinkedIn's own business connections, never a phone login.
  • Approvals on recordWho approved each post and when, kept in your client portal.
  • Your photos kept privateThe files you send are stored on our servers in the EU, never public.
  • Sensitive comments passed to youComplaints, refunds and anything delicate go to you before we answer.
  • Publishing watchedA post that fails to go out is caught and published again the same day.

Tell us your pages. We tell you what to post first.

No commitment. A straight answer before you spend anything.

Works even better with Google Maps (Local SEO)

Posts on Google too.

Your Google Business Profile kept fresh, where people search for a business nearby.

What happens after you contact us

No obligation at any step. If we are not the right fit, we tell you who is.

  1. You write or book a call

A few lines about your business is enough. No forms to fill in for an hour.

  2. A person replies

Someone who does this work reads it and comes back with questions, not a sales script.

  3. A short call

We look at your business together and say plainly what we would do first.

  4. A written offer

What we do and what it costs, on paper, before any work starts.

Questions about Social Media Posts

Not answered here? A person who does this work replies to every question.

How much does social media management cost?

The packages above are monthly and include the plan, the writing, the design, the publishing and the report. Start posts twice a week on two platforms, Growth four times a week on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, Pro six times a week with videos and messages answered.

Which platforms do you post on?

Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile in the Pro package. We recommend the ones your customers use rather than all of them.

Do I have to give you my passwords?

No. You add us to your page with a role, in two minutes, and you can remove us at any time. We publish through the platforms' official business connections.

Who writes the posts?

We do, in your voice and your language, from what you tell us about your business. You approve the calendar before the month starts.

Where do the photos come from?

Your own photos work best: products, your place, your team, your work. Phone photos are fine; we make them fit each platform. When there is nothing to show, we design a post around the message.

Is advertising included?

No. These are organic posts, with no ads budget. Paying to boost a post or run ads is a separate service, quoted on its own.

When will I see results?

The page looks active from the first week. Followers, reach and messages grow over the following months; the report shows the change every month.

Can I stop or change the package?

Yes. There is no minimum term: a new package starts with the next month and you can stop with 30 days' notice. Everything published stays on your pages.

Your customers are already looking at your pages.

Tell us which pages you have and what you sell. We come back with the first month of posts we would publish, and the package that fits.

  • A written price before any work starts
  • Hosted on European servers
  • The code and every account stay yours
