The account in an ex-employee's name

Many businesses discover their Facebook page or Instagram account was created on a personal profile years ago. When that person leaves, the page goes with them, or sits there unmanageable. Recovering it through the platform can take weeks of support tickets and documents.

We set every account up under a business manager the company owns, with at least two admins and recovery methods tied to company email and phone numbers. The access register lists who can do what, so the next staff change does not repeat the problem.

Consistency is what search engines and customers check

Your business name, address, phone number and website should be identical everywhere they appear. Customers notice when a Facebook page lists an old address, and search engines use consistency across profiles as one signal that a business is real and current.

We write the bios for each platform's limits and audience, size every image for its slot, choose the right business category and connect the accounts to your website, analytics and ad manager. Doing this at setup avoids the common situation where ads cannot run because the page was never linked to an ad account.

Duplicate and unofficial pages are a separate problem. A customer check-in or an old automatic page can show up above your real one. Where platforms allow it, we merge or claim them.
