You need a dedicated server if…
Most companies never do. These are the ones that do.
- Your database is hugeYears of orders, customers or records.
- Hundreds use it at onceStaff, customers or both.
- A cloud server is not enoughEven the biggest one feels slow.
- Clients ask for a private machineIn a contract or a security review.
- Your cloud bill keeps growingA fixed machine can cost less.
- You must know where data sitsOne machine, one country, on paper.

When a dedicated server is right.
Large databases
Accounting, ERP or analytics data that needs all the memory and disk a machine has.
Ask about this
Many sites on one machine
An agency or group running dozens of sites with predictable cost.
Ask about thisRules about where data sits
Hardware no other customer shares, for audits and contracts that ask for it.
Ask about thisAlways included, at no extra cost.
What other providers sell as extras is simply how we run a server.
Setup and migration
We build the server and move your site or app onto it, free.
Hardened and firewalled
Closed by default. Only what your business needs is open.
SSL certificates
Issued, installed and renewed before they expire.
Daily backups
Encrypted, kept off the server, and restores we actually test.
Updates and patching
Security updates applied every week, in a set window.
Monitoring and the fix
When something breaks, we are alerted and we fix it.
A named engineer
One person who knows your setup, not a ticket queue.
The client portal
Every server, its cost and its extras, in one place.
The machine is big. Your part stays small.
Your part
- 1Tell us what it must handleWe size it with you.
- 2One monthly priceHardware and our work included.
Our part
- Choose the hardwareSized for your load.
- Install and secure itBefore anything goes on it.
- Move your dataPlanned, tested, switched.
- Watch the hardwareDisks, memory, temperature.
- Replace broken partsIn the datacentre, not your office.
- Back it upOff the machine, every night.
Cloud or dedicated?
Most businesses start on cloud. Dedicated is worth it when the load is heavy and steady.
Physical isolation, managed security
No other customer's software runs on your hardware, and we secure everything above it.

Cyber security, in plain words.
Six things that actually happen to small and mid-sized companies, and what we do so they do not happen to yours.
Someone guesses your passwords
What happens. Robots try thousands of passwords a minute on every website and email account.
What we do. We block repeated attempts, turn on two-step login and lock the account at the first sign.
Ransomware locks your files
What happens. A virus encrypts everything and asks for money to unlock it. Small companies are hit the most.
What we do. Your backups live where the virus cannot reach. We restore, you do not pay.
A fake email fools someone
What happens. An email that looks like your bank or your boss asks for a password or a payment.
What we do. Our filter stops most of them before anyone sees them, and laptops block the dangerous links.
Your site is flooded
What happens. Thousands of fake visitors at once, until real customers cannot get in.
What we do. The flood hits Cloudflare's network first and is dropped there, before it reaches your server.
Old software with holes
What happens. Every outdated plugin or system is a door that attackers already know how to open.
What we do. We update everything every week, in a set window, and test that nothing broke.
A laptop is lost or stolen
What happens. Whoever finds it can read your files, emails and saved passwords.
What we do. Disks are encrypted, and we lock or wipe the laptop remotely the same day.
Outgrowing your current server?
We plan the move to a bigger machine, test it, and switch over at night. Your team starts the next morning on the new one.
Why not just rent a server?
The machine is the cheap part. Everything around it is what keeps your business online, and with us it is someone's job.
Built with the brands big companies trust.
You do not need to know these names. We do. Here is what each one does for your business, in plain words.
Cloudflare
Shield and speedStands in front of your website. Blocks attacks and fake traffic, and makes pages load fast everywhere.
Fortinet
FirewallThe locked door of your office network. Only what should come in, comes in.
Bitdefender
AntivirusProtects every laptop and server from viruses, and stops ransomware before it locks your files.
Veeam
BackupCopies your data every night and brings it back, a single file or a whole server.
Palo Alto Networks
Network securityWatches the traffic of larger networks and stops intruders that look like normal users.
Let's Encrypt
The padlockThe certificate behind the padlock in the browser, so what your visitors type stays private.
Red Hat
Server systemThe operating system banks and governments run their servers on. Stable for years.
Kubernetes
App platformKeeps your application running. If one server fails, another takes over on its own.
Need it for a contract or an audit?
We give you the paperwork: where the machine is, who can reach it, how it is protected.
Europe or the United States. You choose.
Your servers run in the region you pick, in certified datacentres. European data stays in the European Union.

The sectors that need dedicated servers most, and why, in the words of each sector's own page.
Questions, answered plainly.
Something not covered here? An engineer answers, not a salesperson.
What is the difference from a cloud server?
A cloud server is a private virtual machine on shared hardware. A dedicated server is the whole physical machine, with nothing else on it.
How is the price set?
Dedicated hardware comes in exact configurations. We choose the machine for your workload, then the monthly price is fixed in writing.
What happens if a disk fails?
Disks are mirrored, so the server keeps running. We replace the failed disk and rebuild the mirror.
How long does setup take?
Longer than a cloud server, because physical hardware is assigned to you. We give you the date when you order.
Can I have a second machine for failover?
Yes. From D3 we set up a second machine that takes over if the first one fails.
Start with Dedicated Servers, or with a conversation.
