What is subscription software, in plain words?
It is a program your customers use online and pay for every month. You sell it once to many people, instead of building it again for each one.
You tell usI want customers to pay me every month.
We take care of itPlans, card payments and invoices that renew on their own.
You tell usEach customer company has its own team.
We take care of itEvery company gets its own space, its own users and its own data.
You tell usI want people to sign up without calling me.
We take care of itSign-up, free trial and onboarding that run by themselves.
You tell usI am worried it will fall over when it grows.
We take care of itBuilt and hosted to carry ten customers or ten thousand.
That is all it takes from you. The rest is our job.
What is SaaS, in plain words?
SaaS, or software as a service, is a program your customers use online and pay for every month. You build it once, and every new customer adds income that repeats.
Income that comes back
Customers pay monthly or yearly, so the business grows by adding customers, not by selling the same work again. Each one is worth their lifetime value, not one sale.
Many companies, one product
Every customer company has its own private space with its own users, inside the same software.
Sold online, at any hour
People find it, sign up, pay and start using it, often without a single sales call.
Can an internal tool become a product others pay for?
Many good products start as a company's own tool. If yours solves a problem other businesses in your sector also have, it can become a second business.
We look at what you already have
What the tool does, who else has the same problem, and what would have to change for strangers to use it.
We turn it into a product
Separate accounts for each customer company, sign-up, subscriptions, billing and a portal, added around what already works.
We launch it and run it with you
Hosted, secured and supported by us, so your team keeps running the business while the product finds customers.

Have the idea, or the tool, but not the team?
That is exactly where we come in. Tell us what you want to sell and to whom, and the first analysis costs you nothing.
What does every SaaS product need from day one?
These come with every product we build, because a subscription business does not work without them. Your own features are built on top.

Customer accounts
Sign-up, login, password reset and invitations, with proper authentication from the first day.
Roles and permissions
Owners, managers and staff each see and do exactly what their role allows.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans, card payments, invoices, upgrades and cancellations, without anyone sending invoices by hand. Fewer cancellations means lower churn.
A customer portal
Your customers manage their plan, users, invoices and settings themselves.
Many companies, kept apart
Each customer company has its own separate space and data, inside one product.
Reports
Who signed up, who pays, who uses what. The numbers that run a subscription business, on one screen.
Not sure which of these you need? That is what the free analysis is for.
What does a SaaS product like this look like?
Picture a CRM sold by subscription to companies in one sector. Each company has its own accounts and roles, its own customers and contractors log in through their own portals, and billing runs on its own.
- Separate companies, each with their own users and data
- Portals for the customers and contractors of each company
- Subscriptions and invoices without manual work
- Hosted, monitored and secured by us

- Billing, plans and renewals that run on their own
- Each customer's data kept separate and safe
- You own the product, the code and the customers
How is customer data protected, and is it GDPR compliant?
Your customers trust you with their data, and their own customers' data. Before a company buys a subscription, it asks how that data is protected. Your product will have good answers.
Built for GDPR from the start
Personal data is collected only where needed, recorded, and handled the way European data protection rules require.
Encrypted, and kept apart
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and one customer company can never see another's.
Strong logins
Two-step login, safe password handling and permissions per role, so an account is hard to break into.
A record of who did what
Important actions are logged, so you can answer a customer's question about their data with facts.
Export and deletion on request
When a person asks for their data, or asks for it to be deleted, the product can do it properly.
Want these answers in your contract? Ask for a quote.
Who hosts, scales and secures the product after launch?
A subscription product has to be online whenever a customer opens it. We run it on our own cloud infrastructure and stay responsible for it after launch, so you sell the product and we keep it standing.
Infrastructure and cloud
Hosted on our cloud
Servers we set up and manage in Europe, close to your customers and their data rules.
Scales with your customers
Ten companies or a thousand: the product is designed to grow without a rewrite.
Backed up and restorable
Automatic backups in a separate location, tested so a restore actually works.
Cyber security
Protected against attacks
Firewalls, protection against floods of fake traffic, and safe defaults on every part of the product.
Monitored continuously
We watch the product's health and security, and act before your customers notice anything.
Updates done for you
Security patches and updates applied by us, tested first, without taking the product offline.
One team for the software, the cloud and the security. Ask what it would cost for you.
What usually goes with it
Most businesses start with one thing and add the next when they need it. One team does all of it, so nothing falls between two suppliers.

- The standard core: accounts, roles, billing, portal, reports
- Data protection measures and their documentation
- Domains, payment and hosting accounts in your name
- Documentation another developer could pick up

What is the difference between SaaS and normal software?
Normal software is usually built for one company. Subscription software is built once and used by many companies, each paying monthly and each with its own private space inside it.
How much does it cost to build a SaaS product?
It depends on what the product has to do beyond the standard core, so we do not print a price. After the free analysis you receive a written offer for a defined scope.
Do you take a share of revenue instead of payment?
No. We only do paid work agreed in writing. What your customers pay is entirely yours.
Should I start with an MVP instead?
If you are not yet sure people will pay, yes. A first product version proves it with real users, and the full subscription core is added on the same foundation.
Can you turn our internal tool into a product?
Often, yes. We look at what the tool already does, then add what selling it needs: separate customer accounts, sign-up, subscriptions, billing and a customer portal.
Is the product GDPR compliant?
Data protection is built in from the start: encryption, separation between customers, strong logins, activity records and export or deletion on request. Your own policies and agreements are still yours to set, and we help you with what the product needs.
Who hosts the product after launch?
We do, on our own cloud infrastructure in Europe, with scaling, backups, monitoring and security updates included. You can also take it elsewhere one day, because everything is in your name.
Can customers pay by card and get invoices automatically?
Yes. Subscriptions, card payments, invoices, upgrades and cancellations are part of the standard core.
