We Started Because Businesses Deserved Better Technology

Too many companies were losing time, money, and sleep over technology that was supposed to help them. Since 2014, Gradax has been serving businesses across the US, Europe, and beyond, and we are just getting started.

  • 10+Years of growth
  • 6Brands unified
  • 1Platform
  • 500+Businesses served

What we hold to

  • SimplicityTechnology should make your life easier, not harder. If we cannot explain something in plain language, we have not understood it well enough ourselves.
  • ReliabilityWhen we say we will do something, we do it. When something breaks at 2 AM Eastern, we fix it, not the next business day.
  • HonestyWe will tell you what you need, not what makes us the most money. If a simple solution works, we will not sell you a complicated one.

How we got here

  1. 2014, hypergroup.net is Born

It started with a simple idea: technology should work for people, not against them. We launched hyper-group.net to help businesses get online with websites, hosting, and hands-on support.

  2. 2015, 2022, The Hyper Era

As clients needed more, we grew. Each new challenge became a new brand, a specialized team laser-focused on one thing.

  3. 2023, Becoming Gradax

Six brands under one roof was powerful, but confusing for clients. We unified everything into Gradax: one platform, one team, one point of contact for all your technology needs.

  4. 2024, Today, Multi-Service Platform

Today, Gradax is a full-service technology partner. Web development, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, marketing, design, security, all under one brand, built by one team that knows your business inside out.

Who runs it

  • Ovidiu Cical, Founder & CEOOvidiu started hyper-group.net in 2014 with a simple belief: businesses deserve technology that just works.

Not sure how this applies to you?

A senior engineer walks your site, your search presence and the way enquiries reach you, then writes down the three things worth fixing first. You keep the document either way.
