What does managed email marketing involve?

Email marketing is the messages your business sends to people who asked to hear from you: newsletters, offers, and emails that go out on their own when someone signs up, buys or leaves a cart.

Most businesses collect addresses and never write to them, or send one email a year that lands in spam. Managed means we do the whole job: the plan, the writing, the design, the sending and the report, every month.

The list is the one channel you own outright. No algorithm decides who sees your email, and no cost per click applies. Here is how it compares with social media: email or social media.

  • Orders, not opens Every campaign judged by the orders, bookings and calls it brought.
  • Inbox, not spam Your domain authenticated and your list kept clean, so the email arrives.

Is your email list earning anything?

The patterns we see most often when a business asks us to look at its email.

  • Addresses collected, never written to

The list grows at the till and on the website, and nobody sends anything.

  • Emails that land in spam

The domain is not authenticated, so Gmail files the newsletter with the junk.

  • One email for everyone

Customers who bought last week get the same offer as people who never bought.

  • Carts left and forgotten

Visitors fill a cart, leave, and nobody reminds them.

  • Nobody knows what email brings

Reports show opens, never the orders that came from a campaign.

  • The list sits in someone else's account

The addresses live in a tool paid by a former agency or employee.

Show us your list and your last email.

We tell you, for free, whether it reaches the inbox, what it could bring each month, and what we would send first.

What is in an email that brings orders?

Every campaign has the same parts. Each numbered part is something we write, design and test for you.

  1. The senderA name people recognise. The first thing they read.
  2. The subjectOne reason to open. Tested on part of the list first.
  3. The pictureYour own work, readable on a phone.
  4. The buttonOne thing to do, opening the right page.
  5. The footerThe way out, in plain sight. It keeps you out of spam.

What does managed email marketing include?

Everything between your list and an order, done by one team on a fixed calendar.

  • The planA campaign calendarOffers, seasons and news planned a month ahead and agreed with you.
  • WritingEmails written in your voiceSubject, text and offer, in the language your customers speak.
  • DesignA template in your brandReadable on a phone first, with your logo, colours and photos.
  • SendingSent from your domainAuthenticated, throttled, with bounces and unsubscribes handled for you.
  • AutomationsEmails that send themselvesWelcome, cart reminder, thank-you and win-back, written once, running every day.
  • ReportingA report in ordersOpens and clicks, then the orders and bookings each campaign brought.

Want your email run like this? Tell us about your list. We tell you what we would send first, and which package fits.

The email, the moment it is opened, and the order it is there to bring.

What decides whether an email gets opened and bought from?

Three things, in this order. If the first fails, nothing else matters.

  1. Whether it reaches the inbox

Gmail and Outlook judge the sender before the email. An unauthenticated domain or a list full of dead addresses sends everything to spam.

Your domain authenticated, bounces removed automatically, unsubscribes honoured at once.

  2. Whether the subject earns the open

People decide in a second, from the sender name, the subject and the first line.

Subjects written for each campaign and tested on part of the list first.

  3. Whether there is one clear thing to do

An email with ten links gets fewer clicks than one with a single offer and a button.

One offer per email, a button that opens the right page, every click counted.

Who does what?

You run your business. We run the email and count what it brings.

What you do

  • Tell us the offersWhat you want to sell this month, and any news.
  • Send photos of your productsPhone photos are fine. We make them fit the email.
  • Approve before sendingA preview by email; a reply is enough.

What we do for you

  • Plan the calendarA month ahead, agreed with you.
  • Write and design every emailIn your voice, readable on a phone.
  • Send from your domainAuthenticated, paced, bounces handled.
  • Run the automationsWelcome, cart, thank-you, win-back.
  • Report in ordersWhat each campaign brought.
  • Build the page when one is neededAn offer page that matches the email.

Works even better with Online Shop (E-commerce)

Connect the store, and the emails send themselves.

Cart reminders, thank-you emails and purchase segments from your own shop.

What changes in your email marketing?

The same list, before and after. Switch between the two and compare.

Before you decide anything, we check your list, your domain and your last campaign. You keep the findings whether you work with us or not. One term that helps: conversion rate.

No obligation. A person who does this work replies.

  4. 4
What we would send firstThe first three emails, described in plain words.

How does email marketing start?

The list first, then the domain, then the first campaign. Nothing is sent before you approve it.

  1. ListYour addresses imported, cleaned and checked for consent.
  2. DomainSending authenticated on your domain, the template made in your brand.
  3. First campaignWritten, designed and sent after your approval.

Campaigns, automations and the list, explained

Three parts of the same service, each with its own job. When an email opens a page, it is one built by our website team.

Campaigns

The emails you send to the list on a date: offers, news, seasons and launches.

  • A calendar agreed a month ahead
  • Written and designed by us
  • Approved by you before sending
  • Subjects tested on part of the list

Automations

The emails that go out on their own, when someone signs up, buys or leaves a cart.

  • Welcome series for new subscribers
  • Abandoned cart reminders
  • Thank-you and review request
  • Win-back for customers who stopped buying

The list

The addresses, kept clean, split by what people bought and what they like.

  • Imported and cleaned at the start
  • Consent recorded for every address
  • Segments by interest and purchase
  • Exportable by you at any time

The customers who bought once are the easiest to sell to again.

We write to them on a calendar, with offers they care about, and count the orders that come back.

Email, social media or ads: which do you need?

Ads find new customers. Social media keeps you visible. Email brings back the people who already know you, for the cost of writing to them.

Works even better with Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta)

Grow the list while you advertise.

Facebook and Instagram ads that bring sign-ups, then email that brings them back.

How do you make email marketing pay?

Five rules we follow on every list. Check your own against them, with us or without us. Two terms worth knowing: conversion rate and A/B testing.

  1. 1
Only write to people who said yesBought lists and old exports bring complaints and send everything to spam.
  2. 2
Authenticate the domain before the first sendWithout it, the biggest inboxes treat your newsletter as a stranger.
  3. 3
Send on a calendar, not when there is timeA list that hears from you every month remembers you. One that hears once a year unsubscribes.
  4. 4
Let the automations do the steady workA welcome series and a cart reminder bring orders every day, written once.
  5. 5
Judge by orders, not opensOpens are an estimate. Orders and bookings from each campaign are the result.

What we promise, and what we never will.

Email is measurable to the order. That makes it easy to be held to account.

What we will never sell you

  • Bought or rented lists
  • Emails to people who never agreed to receive them
  • Hiding the unsubscribe link
  • A cost per contact on top of the package

What you can hold us to

  • The list and the consent records stay yours, exportable any time
  • Every email approved by you before it is sent
  • Sending from your own domain, authenticated
  • Reports in orders and bookings, not only opens

Thousands of addresses and no newsletter?

Send us the numbers. We tell you, for free, what that list could bring each month.

We also look after everything your emails depend on.

Sending runs on our own servers in Europe, watched by the same team that writes your emails.

  • Your domain authenticatedSPF, DKIM and DMARC set up, so inboxes know the email is really from you.
  • Bounces and complaints handledDead addresses and complaints removed automatically, before they hurt delivery.
  • Consent kept on recordWhen and where each person subscribed, ready if anyone asks.
  • One-click unsubscribeIn every email and in the header, as Gmail and Yahoo require.
  • Data kept in EuropeYour list sits on our servers in the EU, under European data rules.
  • Sending paced and watchedLarge lists sent in batches, delivery checked after every campaign.

Tell us your list size. We tell you what it can bring.

No commitment. A straight answer before you spend anything.

Works even better with Google Ranking (SEO)

Visitors from Google, then subscribers.

SEO brings the visit; a sign-up form keeps the person.

What happens after you contact us

No obligation at any step. If we are not the right fit, we tell you who is.

  1. You write or book a call

A few lines about your business is enough. No forms to fill in for an hour.

  2. A person replies

Someone who does this work reads it and comes back with questions, not a sales script.

  3. A short call

We look at your business together and say plainly what we would do first.

  4. A written offer

What we do and what it costs, on paper, before any work starts.

Questions about Email Marketing

Not answered here? A person who does this work replies to every question.

How much does email marketing cost?

The packages above are monthly and include the writing, the design, the sending and the report. Start sends one newsletter a month, Growth adds automations and two campaigns, Complete sends every week. There is no separate software fee and no cost per contact up to your package's list size.

Do I need an email marketing tool?

No. We send from our own platform in Europe, from your domain, so there is nothing else to subscribe to.

Who writes the emails?

We do, in your voice and your language. You approve every email before it is sent.

Can you import my existing list?

Yes. We import it, remove duplicates and invalid addresses, and keep only the people who agreed to receive your emails.

Will my emails go to spam?

We authenticate your domain, keep the list clean and pace large sends, which is what the inboxes check. No one can promise every inbox, but we report delivery after every campaign.

Does it work with my online store?

Yes. WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop and custom stores can be connected, so cart reminders and purchase segments run on their own.

Is it compliant with GDPR?

Yes. We only send to people who agreed, record when and where they subscribed, and put a one-click unsubscribe in every email.

Can I leave and take my list?

Yes. The list is yours. You can export it at any time, and we hand it over with the consent records if you stop.

Your list is waiting to hear from you.

Tell us how many addresses you have and what you sell. We come back with what we would send first, and the package that fits.
