Nobody has a regular removals company. Every job is a first purchase from a nervous customer with a fixed date, comparing three quotes, and the deciding factor is usually which quote arrived first with a real figure rather than a range.

Surveys are the constraint. An accurate price needs to see the property, which costs a visit per enquiry, and half those enquiries were never going to book. Video surveys change that arithmetic completely and most firms still do not offer them.

The search side is not separate from that. "Removals" plus two towns, plus "man and van" and international moving searches with very different budgets behind them. Ranking for those means the pages exist, the business is verified where it operates, and the reviews are real and recent.

How a move goes through a removals company

Every move is a first purchase with a fixed date, so speed and certainty decide it.

  1. Two-town enquiry

A customer comparing three firms books the first real figure, so the form collects rooms and dates upfront.

  2. Video survey

Driving to survey a house that never books wastes a day, so the customer walks you round on a video call.

  3. Date held with a deposit

A verbal yes gets cancelled when a cheaper quote arrives, so the date is held only once a deposit is paid.

  4. Moving day and inventory

Damage disputes come from no record, so items are photographed at loading and checked off at delivery.

What people in this trade ask us

Do video surveys work?
Well enough to price most domestic moves accurately, and they remove the travel cost from every enquiry that was never going to book.
Should we quote a range or a figure?
A figure, once you have surveyed. A range reads as an opening position and the customer assumes the top of it.
What actually reassures a nervous customer?
Insurance terms in writing and recent reviews with names. Adjectives about care and professionalism do nothing at all here.
Can we take a deposit to hold the date?
Yes, with a payment link on the quote. A paid date is a booked date, and an unpaid one is still a comparison.
How do we handle a damage claim fairly?
With photographs of the item at loading and delivery, tied to the job. Without them every claim is one word against another, and you usually pay.

The infrastructure under it

Managed by the engineers who build the software, on the same contract and the same bill.

Application Hosting

Video surveys, bookings and crew schedules all run through one system that must work on moving day.

Hands typing application code on a laptop.

Backup & Recovery

Inventory photographs are your only defence in a damage claim, and they must survive a lost phone.

A storage unit with a row of drive bays.

What one contract covers

  • One contract. The build, the infrastructure and the work that brings people to it, on one invoice.
  • A named team. The person on the first call stays on the project. No account managers, no handoffs.
  • Operated, not delivered. We keep it running after launch: patching, backups, monitoring and the phone when it breaks.
  • European hosting. Servers in Europe, run by us, with the data staying where you expect it to.
  • Monthly reporting. What changed, what it cost and what it produced, in language you can forward to a board.
  • No lock-in. The code, the domains and the accounts are yours. Leaving is a handover.

See what is costing you customers before you spend anything.

A senior engineer walks your site, your search presence and the way enquiries reach you, then writes down the three things worth fixing first.

  1. 01You tell us what is not working
  2. 02We review the site, the search presence and the enquiry path
  3. 03You get the three fixes worth doing, and what each is worth
