Electrical work has a legal floor under it that most trades do not. Certification, testing records and compliance certificates are real barriers to entry, and they are the strongest sales argument an electrician has, yet almost no electrical website mentions them above the fold.

The second problem is the mix. Domestic call-outs, rewires, commercial contracts and periodic inspections have completely different buyers, and a site that shows one photograph of a consumer unit and a contact form serves none of them properly.

The search side is not separate from that. A homeowner searches "electrician near me", a facilities manager searches for periodic inspection and testing in their city, and neither of them is looking for the same page. Ranking for those means the pages exist, the business is verified where it operates, and the reviews are real and recent.

How a job moves through an electrical contractor

Electrical work carries paperwork at every stage, and the paperwork is where the time goes.

  1. Enquiry sorted by type

A rewire, a call-out and a commercial inspection need different answers, so the form routes each one to the right person.

  2. Survey and quote

Quotes stall while notes sit in a notebook, and pricing from a template the same day keeps the job warm.

  3. Testing on site

Readings written on paper get retyped wrongly, so they are entered once on a tablet at the board.

  4. Certificate and invoice

The job is not finished until the certificate is sent, so both go out together the moment testing passes.

What people in this trade ask us

Can it produce compliance certificates?
Yes, and this is usually the largest single time saving in an electrical business. Test data captured once on site, the certificate generated and sent, and a copy filed where you can find it three years later when somebody asks.
We do both domestic and commercial. One site or two?
One site, two clearly separated routes through it. Two sites means two lots of hosting, two lots of search authority and half the ranking each, which is a bad trade for a clarity problem that layout solves.
How quickly do we see the search work pay off?
Local search moves in weeks for a business that already exists and has reviews, and in months for a new one. Anyone promising you page one in a fortnight is selling you something else.
Can we remind customers when an inspection is due?
Yes. The date is known when the certificate is issued, so the reminder can be set then and sent when it falls due.
Will it work in a basement with no signal?
It can, if it is built to. Test results are stored on the device and sent when the signal returns, so nothing is lost and nobody has to write it twice.

The infrastructure under it

Managed by the engineers who build the software, on the same contract and the same bill.

Backup & Recovery

Compliance certificates must be retrievable years later, when a buyer, landlord or insurer asks for them.

Application Hosting

The scheduling and certificate system is used from every van every day, so it needs to be up when they are.

What one contract covers

  • One contract. The build, the infrastructure and the work that brings people to it, on one invoice.
  • A named team. The person on the first call stays on the project. No account managers, no handoffs.
  • Operated, not delivered. We keep it running after launch: patching, backups, monitoring and the phone when it breaks.
  • European hosting. Servers in Europe, run by us, with the data staying where you expect it to.
  • Monthly reporting. What changed, what it cost and what it produced, in language you can forward to a board.
  • No lock-in. The code, the domains and the accounts are yours. Leaving is a handover.

See what is costing you customers before you spend anything.

A senior engineer walks your site, your search presence and the way enquiries reach you, then writes down the three things worth fixing first.

  1. 01You tell us what is not working
  2. 02We review the site, the search presence and the enquiry path
  3. 03You get the three fixes worth doing, and what each is worth
