About this product

Business mail, Word, Excel, Teams and OneDrive on your own domain, set up and administered for you. You get the licences on one invoice with the rest of what you buy from us, and a team that answers when a mailbox stops syncing.

The licence is the easy part

Anyone can sell a seat. What goes wrong is everything around it: mail records that send half your invoices to spam, a former employee who still has access to the shared drive, a laptop that was never enrolled and holds the only copy of a contract.

We set the tenant up properly once — domain, mail authentication, groups, sharing rules, multi-factor sign-in — and then keep it that way as people join and leave.

Moving from another provider

Questions

Can we keep the licences we already pay for?

Yes. We can take over administration of an existing tenant and move the billing across when your current term ends, so nothing is paid twice.

Do you see our email?

No. Administration rights cover accounts and settings. We open a mailbox only when you ask us to, in writing, for a specific reason.

Can we mix plans?

Yes, and it usually saves money. Office staff who need desktop apps and warehouse staff who only need mail rarely need the same plan.
