About this product

Protection for the laptops and desktops your people actually work on: malware and ransomware defence, device encryption and patching, deployed and watched by us. When something is caught, we see the alert and act on it.

Antivirus is not the whole job

Most incidents in small companies start on one laptop: an attachment opened, a browser plug-in installed, an update postponed for six months. Installing protection is a start; somebody reading the alerts is what actually stops the spread.

We deploy the agent to every device, enforce disk encryption and updates, and route detections to our team. A suspicious device can be isolated from the network remotely while we look at it.

  • Behaviour-based detection, not only known signatures
  • Device isolation on a confirmed threat
  • Disk encryption enforced, so a lost laptop is only a lost laptop
  • Operating system and application updates tracked

What you get

Included in the plan. Nothing here is an upgrade.

  • Licences per device, billed monthly
  • Agent deployment to every laptop and desktop in scope
  • Security policies configured and enforced
  • Alerts reviewed by our team during working hours
  • Remote isolation and clean-up on confirmed incidents
  • Monthly report: devices, threats, outstanding updates

How it starts

  1. Inventory

Every device that touches company data, including the forgotten ones.

  2. Deploy

Agents installed and policies applied, usually without interrupting anyone.

  3. Harden

Encryption and update rules enforced across the fleet.

  4. Respond

Alerts read and acted on, reported monthly.

Questions

Does it slow the machines down?

Modern agents are light. If a specific application is affected, we tune the policy for it rather than leaving it unprotected.

What happens outside working hours?

Detection and automatic blocking run all the time. Human review of alerts happens during European working hours unless you add extended cover.

Does it cover phones?

Company phones can be added. Personal phones are usually better handled with access policies than with software on the device.
