About this product

Image-level backup for servers and workstations, so a failed disk, a deleted folder or a ransomware attack ends in a restore instead of a rebuild. Installed, scheduled and monitored by us; you hear from us when a backup fails, before you need it.

A backup you have never restored is a guess

The common failure is not a missing backup. It is a backup job that stopped three months ago with an error nobody read, or one that ran every night and cannot be restored because the encryption key left with the person who set it up.

We install the agent, set the schedule and retention, keep the keys documented with you, and check the jobs every working day. Restores are tested on a schedule, not on the day you need one.

Does this protect against ransomware?

It protects your ability to recover. Copies are kept off the machine and cannot be altered by it, so an infected server can be wiped and restored.

How quickly can you restore?

A single file in minutes. A whole server depends on its size and your connection; we measure it during the first test restore and tell you the real figure.

Where is the data stored?

In a datacentre inside the EU. It does not leave the union.
