Landscaping has the same two-business problem as plumbing, in reverse. Design and build is where the photographs and the pride are; maintenance rounds are where the predictable money is, and one leads to the other if the handover is deliberate rather than accidental.

The scheduling is genuinely hard, and most firms run it in somebody's head. Rounds move for weather, crews split, a customer skips a month, and the invoice at the end of it is reconstructed from memory. That reconstruction is where the lost revenue is.

The search side is not separate from that. "Garden maintenance" and "landscaping" with a town, plus commercial grounds maintenance searches from facilities managers on a completely different cycle. Ranking for those means the pages exist, the business is verified where it operates, and the reviews are real and recent.

How a round moves through a landscaping business

One-off design jobs feed the rounds, and the rounds are where the money leaks.

  1. Design enquiry

Design enquiries come in spring and get lost in a busy inbox, so each one becomes a dated lead with photographs.

  2. Handover to maintenance

The finished garden is the moment to offer a round, and it stalls when nobody is given the job of asking.

  3. Visits that move

Rain moves a round, so the schedule shifts the visit to another day instead of dropping it.

  4. Monthly invoice

Invoices rebuilt from memory miss visits, so they are raised from what the crew actually recorded.

What people in this trade ask us

Can crews record visits from their phones?
Yes, including photographs and anything that needs flagging. That record is what your invoice is built from and what settles a dispute about whether a visit happened.
We do commercial and domestic. Does that work on one site?
Yes, with separate routes. A facilities manager and a homeowner want completely different information and neither is served by a page that averages them.
Is the design work worth photographing properly?
It is the highest-return hour of photography in this trade. A good gallery sells design work, and design customers become maintenance customers, which is the actual business.
Can maintenance customers pay by direct debit?
Yes, monthly, against the visits recorded. It ends the month-end chasing and makes a skipped visit visible instead of silently unbilled.
Can the system handle commercial sites with contract specs?
Yes. Each site keeps its own specification, frequency and contact, so a crew sees what the contract says before they start mowing.

The infrastructure under it

Managed by the engineers who build the software, on the same contract and the same bill.

Application Hosting

The rounds system is opened by every crew every morning, so it needs to be up before the vans leave.

Hands typing application code on a laptop.

Backup & Recovery

Visit photographs settle disputes about whether a round happened, and they are worthless if they vanish.

What one contract covers

  • One contract. The build, the infrastructure and the work that brings people to it, on one invoice.
  • A named team. The person on the first call stays on the project. No account managers, no handoffs.
  • Operated, not delivered. We keep it running after launch: patching, backups, monitoring and the phone when it breaks.
  • European hosting. Servers in Europe, run by us, with the data staying where you expect it to.
  • Monthly reporting. What changed, what it cost and what it produced, in language you can forward to a board.
  • No lock-in. The code, the domains and the accounts are yours. Leaving is a handover.

See what is costing you customers before you spend anything.

A senior engineer walks your site, your search presence and the way enquiries reach you, then writes down the three things worth fixing first.

  1. 01You tell us what is not working
  2. 02We review the site, the search presence and the enquiry path
  3. 03You get the three fixes worth doing, and what each is worth
