About this service

Recording is the part your team can do. Cutting, captioning, pacing and exporting for four platforms is the part that never happens. This is that part, delivered as a monthly batch from whatever you send us.

Recording is the part you can do

Most businesses that stop posting short video did not run out of ideas. They ran out of afternoons for cutting, captioning, pacing and exporting four versions of the same clip. That is the part this offer removes.

You record on whatever you have — a phone is what most of our footage arrives on — drop it in a shared folder, and get finished vertical videos back on a monthly rhythm.

  • Edited from your own footage, on a monthly batch
  • Captions burned in, because most of it is watched on mute
  • Consistent pacing and framing rather than a different look each time
  • Every platform ratio from one edit session
  • Thumbnail frames chosen rather than whatever the platform grabbed

Selection is the invisible half

The moments worth keeping are usually a small fraction of what was recorded, and choosing them is the difference between a video people watch to the end and one they scroll past at second three. That judgement is the work, not the transitions.

In the largest size we also cut hook variants of the same clip: the same video with three different openings, so you learn which first two seconds hold attention rather than guessing.

What you get

Everything below is in the price. Nothing here is an upgrade.

  • Edited vertical videos from your footage
  • Burned-in captions plus separate subtitle files
  • Platform exports in the required ratios
  • Thumbnail frames

What changes

  • A steady output that does not depend on somebody finding an afternoon
  • Captions burned in, because most of it is watched without sound
  • Consistent pacing and framing rather than a different look each time
  • Every platform's format from one edit session

How it runs

The moments worth keeping, which is usually a fraction of what was recorded.

  4. Export

Every platform ratio, plus thumbnails and subtitle files.

Questions

What if we have no footage?

Then this is the wrong offer. Screen-recorded and animated content is produced under the explainer and product demo offers instead.

How do we send footage?

A shared folder we set up. Phone footage is fine, and is most of what we work with.

Do you write the captions?

We transcribe, correct and time them. Rewriting what was said into something different is a script job.
