Why posting more rarely fixes a flat account
The instinct when an account stops growing is to post more often. It usually makes things worse. If the audience was ignoring three posts a week, it will ignore five, and the platform reads that silence as a signal to show your posts to fewer people.

How many followers will we gain?
We do not promise a number, because the only way to guarantee one is to buy fake accounts. We report growth honestly and judge it by how many of the new followers engage.
How long before it shows?
Usually two to three months before the trend is clear. The first month is mostly finding which formats your audience responds to.
Do you use follow-unfollow tactics or engagement groups?
