Physiotherapy sells a course, not an appointment. The clinical outcome and the commercial outcome both depend on the patient attending six sessions rather than two, and the drop-off between session two and session three is where most clinics quietly lose their revenue.

The other issue is that patients arrive in pain and in a hurry. They will book with whoever can see them this week, so availability shown honestly on the site beats every claim about technique or equipment.

The search side is not separate from that. "Physio near me", plus condition-led searches like back pain, sports injury or post-operative rehabilitation, usually with a town. Ranking for those means the pages exist, the business is verified where it operates, and the reviews are real and recent.

How a course of treatment moves through a physio clinic

The first booking is easy to win; the course is won or lost around session three.

  1. First assessment booked

It stalls when the patient cannot see this week's slots and books elsewhere, and it moves when real availability is on the page.

  2. Plan agreed in the room

It stalls when the plan is spoken and never written down, and it moves when the patient leaves with the course booked and their exercises sent.

  3. Sessions attended

It stalls when a missed session is simply lost, and it moves when a reminder and one-tap rescheduling turn it into a moved one.

  4. Discharge and follow-up

It stalls when the patient finishes and the clinic goes quiet, and it moves when a check-in weeks later brings the relapse back to you.

What people in this trade ask us

Can patients book a whole course at once?
Yes, and you should let them. Booking six sessions up front raises completion, improves the outcome and stabilises your diary, all from one interface decision.
Do condition pages actually bring patients?
They are the highest-value pages a physiotherapy site has. Somebody searching their symptom is further from booking than somebody searching your name, but there are far more of them.
Can it handle insurer referrals?
It can capture and route them properly. The billing side depends on which insurers you work with, and we would look at that before promising anything specific.
Can we send home exercises digitally?
Yes, as a programme the patient opens on their phone, linked to their booking. It replaces the photocopied sheet that gets lost, and you can see what was sent to whom.
Should we take payment for a course up front?
Many clinics offer it as an option, often with a small saving for the full block. It raises completion, but forcing it on every patient puts off the ones who only need two sessions.

The infrastructure under it

Managed by the engineers who build the software, on the same contract and the same bill.

Backup & Recovery

Assessment notes and treatment records are clinical records and must outlive a failed laptop in the treatment room.

A storage unit with a row of drive bays.

Cyber Security

Injury and medical history is sensitive health data, and clinics often run on shared logins nobody has reviewed.

What one contract covers

  • One contract. The build, the infrastructure and the work that brings people to it, on one invoice.
  • A named team. The person on the first call stays on the project. No account managers, no handoffs.
  • Operated, not delivered. We keep it running after launch: patching, backups, monitoring and the phone when it breaks.
  • European hosting. Servers in Europe, run by us, with the data staying where you expect it to.
  • Monthly reporting. What changed, what it cost and what it produced, in language you can forward to a board.
  • No lock-in. The code, the domains and the accounts are yours. Leaving is a handover.

See what is costing you customers before you spend anything.

A senior engineer walks your site, your search presence and the way enquiries reach you, then writes down the three things worth fixing first.

  1. 01You tell us what is not working
  2. 02We review the site, the search presence and the enquiry path
  3. 03You get the three fixes worth doing, and what each is worth
