Agricultural buying is seasonal and planned. Inputs, machinery and services are bought in windows, and a supplier who is not visible before the window opens is not considered at all, because the decision is made weeks before the money moves.

The record-keeping burden is heavy and legally serious. Field records, applications, movements and subsidy paperwork are usually kept on paper and in spreadsheets, and reconstructing them for an inspection is somebody losing a week.

The search side is not separate from that. Product and service searches with a region, concentrated hard into the weeks before each season. Ranking for those means the pages exist, the business is verified where it operates, and the reviews are real and recent.

How a season moves through an agricultural business

Decisions are made months before the work, and the records are checked months after it.

  1. Planning the season

It stalls when last year's yields and inputs are in a notebook, and it moves when the field history is searchable.

  2. Ordering inputs

It stalls when trade customers phone in the same order every year, and it moves when they reorder from their history in the window.

  3. Work in the field

It stalls when applications are written up at night from memory, and it moves when they are recorded in the field as they happen.

  4. Inspection and subsidy

It stalls when records are rebuilt for an inspector, and it moves when they are already complete and can be printed in minutes.

What people in this trade ask us

When should we build?
Out of season, always. A site launched in the buying window has no ranking behind it and misses the year.
Can it help with subsidy paperwork?
It makes the underlying records reliable and searchable, which is most of the work. The submission itself stays yours.
Do farmers buy online?
Repeat inputs, increasingly yes. Machinery still needs a conversation, and the site's job there is to get you into the shortlist.
Can records be kept on a phone in the field?
Yes, entered on the phone and synced when there is signal back at the yard. Field records written up later are the ones that fail an inspection.
Can trade customers see their own order history?
Yes, through an account showing past orders and delivery dates. It saves a phone call every season and makes the repeat order a few taps.

The infrastructure under it

Managed by the engineers who build the software, on the same contract and the same bill.

Backup & Recovery

Field and application records must be produced years later for inspections and subsidy checks.

Web Hosting

A site that has to be found before each buying window needs to be fast and up all year, not rebuilt each spring.

What one contract covers

  • One contract. The build, the infrastructure and the work that brings people to it, on one invoice.
  • A named team. The person on the first call stays on the project. No account managers, no handoffs.
  • Operated, not delivered. We keep it running after launch: patching, backups, monitoring and the phone when it breaks.
  • European hosting. Servers in Europe, run by us, with the data staying where you expect it to.
  • Monthly reporting. What changed, what it cost and what it produced, in language you can forward to a board.
  • No lock-in. The code, the domains and the accounts are yours. Leaving is a handover.

See what is costing you customers before you spend anything.

A senior engineer walks your site, your search presence and the way enquiries reach you, then writes down the three things worth fixing first.

  1. 01You tell us what is not working
  2. 02We review the site, the search presence and the enquiry path
  3. 03You get the three fixes worth doing, and what each is worth
