About this service
If your invoices, quotes or newsletters keep landing in spam, the cause is usually in your domain's settings. We audit every service that sends email as you, set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly, check blocklists and fix what is hurting your sender reputation. Then we move DMARC to an enforcing policy step by step, so nobody can easily send email pretending to be you.
Every service that sends as you needs to be listed
A typical small business sends email under its domain from more places than anyone remembers: the main mailboxes, the website's contact form, the shop, the newsletter tool, the CRM, the invoicing software, the helpdesk. Each one needs to be authorised in the domain's SPF record and signed with DKIM. Miss one, and its emails fail authentication and land in spam.
We find every source by checking DNS, reviewing your tools and reading DMARC reports, which show exactly who is sending as your domain. Then we authorise the legitimate ones properly. SPF has a hard limit of ten DNS lookups, which businesses with many tools often exceed without knowing, so we restructure the record to stay within it.
DMARC protects your name, in stages
DMARC tells receiving servers what to do with email that claims to come from you but fails authentication. With no policy, criminals can send convincing fake invoices from your exact address. With a strict policy, those emails are rejected. But switching straight to a strict policy can also block your own legitimate mail from a tool nobody remembered.
So we start in monitoring mode, read the reports, fix every legitimate source that fails, then move to quarantine and finally to reject. Since 2024, major mailbox providers require bulk senders to have DMARC in place. The larger packages also add BIMI, which shows your logo beside your emails in supported inboxes once DMARC is enforcing.

Questions
Why do our emails go to spam?
Most often because the domain is not authenticated, a sending tool is not included in SPF, or the domain or IP is on a blocklist. Content matters less than people think.
Will setting DMARC block our own emails?
Not if it is done in stages. We start in monitoring mode, fix every source that fails, and only then tighten the policy.
Is this the same as cold email setup?
No. This protects your main business domain. Cold outreach should run on separate domains, which is the cold email infrastructure offer.
