Protect the domain your business runs on
Cold outreach generates more spam complaints and bounces than normal business email, however well it is written. If it goes out from your main domain, those signals damage the reputation your invoices, quotes and client conversations depend on. Recovering a damaged domain reputation takes months.
The standard approach is to send outreach from separate domains that look related to yours, for example a variation of your name, each redirecting visitors to your main website. If one of them is damaged, it can be retired without touching your core email. We set these up, authenticate each one fully and keep a record of which domain sends what.
Warm-up and limits matter more than tools
