About this service
New software is often bought, installed with default settings and half used. We install and configure it properly: accounts and permissions set, data imported, integrations connected, security options turned on and your team shown the basics. That covers Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, accounting, CRM, project tools and specialist desktop software.
Default settings are rarely the right ones
Most business software works out of the box, and that is the problem. Defaults are chosen to be easy, not secure or efficient. Multi-factor sign-in is often off. Every user gets the same permissions. Shared folders are open to the whole company. Integrations that would save hours are never connected because nobody knew they existed.
We set up software for how your business works. Permissions follow roles, so people see what they need. Security options such as multi-factor sign-in, sign-in alerts and data loss settings are switched on. Integrations with your other tools are connected and tested. The result is software that is used properly from day one, not six months later.
Migrations without lost email
Moving from one office suite to another, or from an old email host to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, is where things go wrong most often. Mail arrives at the old system after the switch. Calendar invitations break. Shared mailboxes are forgotten. Someone's ten years of email does not come across.
We plan migrations so mail flow switches cleanly, usually over a weekend. Mailboxes, calendars, contacts and files are copied before the switch and topped up after it. Everyone gets a short guide for the first morning on the new system, and we are available that day for the questions that always come.

Are licences included?
No. Licences are bought in your company's name, so you own them. We advise on which plan you need.
Can you install software we already own?
Yes, if the licence is valid. We do not install unlicensed copies.
Can you move us from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, or the reverse?
Yes. Email, calendars, contacts and files can be migrated, usually over a weekend to avoid disruption.
