Many businesses run key processes in spreadsheets, and most of those spreadsheets involve a weekly ritual. Someone exports data from one system, pastes it into a workbook, copies values from one tab to another, fixes a few broken formulas, and sends a summary. It takes hours, and every manual step is a chance for an error that nobody spots until a number looks wrong in a meeting.

Modern Excel and Google Sheets can remove most of this. XLOOKUP replaces fragile copy-and-paste matching. Dynamic arrays and FILTER produce live lists without manual sorting. Power Query cleans and combines exports automatically. A macro or Apps Script can do the rest at the press of a button. We look at the manual process step by step and remove as many steps as possible.

The most dangerous spreadsheet in a business is the one only one person understands. Nested formulas twelve levels deep, hidden sheets, macros without comments. When that person is away or leaves, nobody dares change anything, and the business works round it.

We keep formulas as readable as possible, use named ranges and tables instead of cell references, and add a notes sheet explaining what each part does. Macros are commented. A short video walks your team through it. The aim is a workbook your team owns, not one that depends on us.
