About this service

For apps with crash reports piling up, bad reviews about the same problem, or a build that no longer compiles after an operating system update. We reproduce issues on real devices, fix them in Swift, Kotlin, React Native or Flutter, test across OS versions and push the update through the stores.

Crashes that only happen on some phones

Mobile bugs are often device-specific. An app runs perfectly on the developer's new phone but crashes on an older Android model with less memory, a different screen size or an older OS version. Crash reports show the problem but not always how to trigger it.

We use crash reporting data to rank issues by how many users they affect, then reproduce them on real devices that match the affected users. Fixes are tested across several devices and OS versions before release.

Store deadlines and OS updates

Apps can break or disappear without any code changes. Google Play requires apps to target recent Android API levels, and apps that fall behind can be hidden from new users. New iOS versions can break older code or require updated SDKs.

Our stabilisation package updates SDKs, target levels and dependencies so the app builds and runs on current versions. We check for policy deadlines and make sure the app remains available in both stores.

After release, we watch crash reports and reviews for a period to confirm the fixes worked and nothing new appeared.

Questions

Our app was removed from Google Play. Can you help?

Often this is due to an outdated target API level or a policy issue. We find the cause, fix it and resubmit.

Which technologies do you work with?

Swift and Objective-C, Kotlin and Java, React Native and Flutter.

How long does store review take?

Usually a day or two, sometimes longer. It is outside our control, so we submit as early as possible.
