About this service
Developers test that features work; testers check what happens when users do something unexpected. We plan tests around your most important journeys, run them across browsers and devices, and report bugs with steps to reproduce, screenshots and severity. Automated regression tests can be added so the same bugs never return.
Developers test what they built, not what users do
A developer checks that the feature works as designed. A user pastes a phone number with spaces, presses back in the middle of payment, opens the site on a three-year-old Android phone or has two tabs open at once. Those are the cases that produce support tickets, and they are rarely in a developer's test.
Our testers work through the expected path first, then deliberately try the unexpected. Every failure is written up so a developer can reproduce it in minutes: the device, the browser, the exact steps, what should have happened and what did. A screenshot or recording is attached.
Severity decides what gets fixed first
A long list of bugs with no priority is almost as unhelpful as no list. Teams fix the easy ones first, and the bug that stops people paying waits behind a misaligned icon. We grade every bug by its effect on users and the business.
Critical issues block a key journey or lose data. Major ones make a journey difficult or affect many users. Minor issues are cosmetic or rare. The summary report ends with a plain recommendation: ready to release, release with known issues, or not ready.
For teams releasing often, the same journeys need testing every time. The largest package automates the most important ones with Playwright or Cypress, so they run on every deployment and catch regressions before users do.
- Critical: blocks payment, signup or another key journey
- Major: a journey works but is hard, or many users are affected
- Minor: cosmetic or rare, fixed when convenient
- Release recommendation in plain words

Questions
Do you fix the bugs too?
Not in this offer. We find and document them for your developers. If you have no developer, the bug-fix services can pick up the list.
Do you test mobile apps?
Yes, on real iOS and Android devices, including test builds through TestFlight or internal testing tracks.
Can you test on production?
Only read-only checks. Anything that creates orders, sends emails or changes data is tested on staging, so real customers are never affected.
