About this service
For internal tools, client portals and first versions of products that need to exist before they need to scale. We build on no-code platforms such as Bubble, Softr, Glide or Airtable interfaces, with real logins, permissions and a data structure that will not trap you if you later rebuild in code.
Fast to build, careful with the data
No-code platforms let you build working software quickly, which is their great strength. The risk is in the data. Apps assembled screen by screen often end up with duplicated fields, unclear relationships and privacy rules added as an afterthought. Users see records they should not, and moving off the platform later becomes a rewrite.
We design the data model first, on paper, before building a single screen. Tables, relationships and who can see what are agreed in writing. This makes the app safer now and means that if you outgrow the platform, a developer can rebuild on the same structure.
Knowing the limits before you commit
Every no-code platform has a point where it stops being the right tool. It may be cost, which often rises with users or usage. It may be performance with large data sets, or a feature the platform simply does not support. Discovering this after launch is expensive.
During scoping we check your expected users, records and features against the platform's real limits and pricing. If something you need will be awkward or costly, we say so and suggest either a workaround or a different tool.
The largest package ends with a written list of what would need custom code if the product succeeds. That gives you a realistic picture of the next step instead of a surprise.
- Data model and privacy rules agreed before building
- Platform costs estimated at your expected users
- Integrations with Stripe, email and your CRM
- A clear note of where no-code will stop being enough
What you get
Everything below is in the price. Nothing here is an upgrade.
- Scope and data model agreed in writing
- Built app on the chosen platform
- User roles, privacy rules and logins configured
- Integrations with your existing tools where needed
- Admin guide and handover session
What changes
- A working app real users can log into, not a clickable mock-up
- Data structured so it can be exported and rebuilt later if needed
- Permissions so each user sees only their own records
- Platform costs known in advance at your expected user count

Questions
Will a no-code app scale?
To hundreds or a few thousand users, usually yes. Beyond that, costs and performance can become limits. We design the data so a later rebuild in code is a move, not a restart.
Who owns the app?
You do. It is built in accounts registered to you, and you pay the platform directly.
Which platform do you recommend?
Softr or Glide for simple portals on top of a spreadsheet or Airtable, Bubble for apps with complex logic. We decide after scoping, not before.
