Finding a creator is the visible part. Then come the negotiations over fees and usage rights, collecting addresses, shipping samples, chasing drafts that are late, checking that the brief was followed, checking the disclosure is there and recording the results. Multiply that by twelve creators a month and it is a job in itself.

Usage rights decide what the content is worth

A creator video that performs well on their channel is often your best ad material. Whether you can use it in ads, for how long and on which platforms depends entirely on what was agreed. Many brands discover too late that they paid for a single organic post and nothing more.

We negotiate usage rights up front and record them against every piece of content. When a video does well, you know immediately whether it can become an ad through partnership permissions, or needs a further agreement.

We also keep a simple record of results per creator: sales via code or link, content quality and how easy they were to work with. Over a few months, that turns a long list of one-off posts into a small group of reliable partners.
