About this service
Store catalogues fail search twice: the descriptions come from the manufacturer, so hundreds of shops carry identical text, and they describe the object rather than the reason to buy it. We write per product, in batches, to a structure that stays consistent across the catalogue.
The two ways catalogue copy fails
The first is duplication. Manufacturer text is pasted into fifty shops, so fifty pages carry identical paragraphs and search engines pick one of them to rank — rarely yours. The second is that the text describes the object rather than the reason to own it: dimensions, materials, a part number, and nothing about who it is for.
We write per product, in batches by family, to one structure agreed on a sample of five before the other hundred and ninety-five are touched. That structure is what lets a customer compare two products in your catalogue without reading both in full.
- Text that exists nowhere else on the web, per product
- Specifications separated from persuasion, so both stay scannable
- A consistent structure across the range, not per-writer improvisation
- Category page copy, which is usually missing entirely
- A style sheet so the products you add next year still match
Products that are nearly identical
Most catalogues contain families where the difference between two items is a millimetre or a colour. Inventing distinctions there produces returns rather than sales, so those get one honest description each and a comparison table above them.
Where a specification is missing from your export we ask rather than guess. A confident wrong dimension in a product description is a refund and a review.
What you get

Questions
Can you write from the manufacturer's text?
We start from it for the facts and then write something new, because identical text across fifty shops is exactly the problem you are paying to solve.
What about products with almost no difference between them?
They get one honest description each and a comparison table above them. Inventing differences that do not exist gets returns, not sales.
Which languages?
Any of the seven we write in as standard. A second language is priced as localisation, not as a second write.
