That is the design. Orders, printing and fiscal receipts keep working on site and sync to the cloud once the connection returns.
Can it issue legal receipts in Romania?
It is designed to connect to a certified fiscal device that prints the legal receipt, with tips and VAT handled under current Romanian rules.
Who owns the software and the data?
On a project we build for you, the code, the domains and the accounts are yours. There is no lock-in, and leaving is a handover.
