What we are building, and what we are not
A short list, in order, without dates. A roadmap with dates on it is a roadmap that has to be defended rather than followed.
Under development, not available to buyThis page exists because the alternative is worse. A company building a product line either says what it is building or lets clients guess from what it half-mentions on sales calls, and the guessing produces expectations nobody agreed to.
There are no dates, and that is not evasion. A date on a roadmap becomes a promise, a promise becomes a thing to defend, and defending it is how a team ships the wrong version on time. The order is the commitment; the timing is not.
In order
The account
One place that holds your services, invoices and tickets. Everything else depends on it existing.
Self-service infrastructure
Order and manage a server without a quote in between, on the infrastructure we already run.
The first vertical product
One industry, one product, built out of the client work in that industry rather than guessed at.
The rest of the line
Then the same shape for the other sectors we serve, one at a time and only where the client work supports it.
Deliberately not on the list
- A marketplace we would be selling other people's software and supporting it. Both halves are somebody else's business.
- A page builder the market has several good ones and none of the problems we are useful for are solved by another.
- A CRM for general use we build on the one a client already runs. A general CRM is a decade of work and a crowded room.

A senior engineer walks your site, your search presence and the way enquiries reach you, then writes down the three things worth fixing first. You keep the document either way.
