Self-service on the infrastructure we already run
The servers, storage and mail we operate for clients today, made orderable without a conversation first. Being built; the services themselves are real and available now through us.
Under development, not available to buyEverything we would sell here already exists: European servers we own, storage, mail, backup and the operating of all of it. What does not exist yet is the front of it, choosing a size, ordering it, and having it running without a quote in between.
That gap is deliberate rather than neglected. Self-service infrastructure that is not also self-service billing, self-service support and self-service recovery is a way of selling somebody a server and then not being there. We would rather ship the ordering after the account behind it works.
