About this service
We design the pages that decide whether a shop sells: the homepage, category listing, product page, cart and checkout steps. Each is designed for phone first, since that is where most shop traffic arrives, and built around the questions a buyer has at that point. You get Figma files and a component set any developer can build from.
The product page carries the sale
Shop redesigns often start with the homepage because it is the most visible page internally. For buyers, the product page is where the decision happens, and most visitors arrive there directly from search or ads, never seeing the homepage at all. That is why our smallest package is the product page alone.
A good product page answers a buyer's questions in the order they arise. What is it and what does it cost. Will it fit or suit me. When will it arrive and what does delivery cost. What if I need to return it. Most product pages answer the first question well and bury the rest in tabs or the footer. On a phone, a buyer who cannot find delivery costs within a couple of scrolls often leaves to check somewhere else.
Designing for the phone first
For most shops, the majority of visits come from phones, and conversion on phones is usually lower than on desktop. Part of the gap is real behaviour: people browse on phones and buy later on a computer. Part of it is design: filters that open into a cramped overlay, buttons too small to tap, image galleries that will not swipe.
We design mobile layouts first and then expand to desktop, rather than squeezing a desktop design down. Every component is designed in all its states: selected, out of stock, error, loading. Those states are where builds most often improvise, and improvised states are where shops feel unfinished.

Questions
Do you build the design too?
Not in this offer. The design is ready for any developer, including ours through a store build or development offer.
Can you design for our Shopify theme?
Yes. We design within the limits of your theme where you want to keep it, or freely where you plan a custom build. We agree which at the start.
Will a new design increase sales?
It should remove friction, but we will not promise a figure. We recommend testing the new product page against the old one where you have enough traffic.
