About this service
Most shops reach a point where the theme and app store stop being enough. You need a product configurator, a B2B price list, a stock sync with your warehouse system, or checkout rules nobody sells as a plugin. We build those features on Shopify, WooCommerce or a headless setup, in a way that survives platform updates.
When a shop outgrows its apps
A typical growing shop runs on a stack of apps: one for product options, one for B2B pricing, one for bundles, one for subscriptions, one syncing stock with the warehouse. Each costs a monthly fee, each adds scripts to the storefront, and they were never designed to work together. Eventually two of them conflict at checkout, and nobody can say which.
A custom build replaces several of those with one piece of code that does exactly what your business needs. It is not always the right call. If an app does the job well and costs 20 euros a month, building it yourself makes no sense. But when apps conflict, when no app quite fits, or when fees across several apps exceed what a build would cost over two years, custom development pays for itself.
Integrations that fail loudly
The most expensive kind of integration bug is a silent one. A stock sync fails at 2am, nobody notices, and the shop sells items the warehouse does not have. An order fails to reach the ERP and is never shipped. These failures are rarely caused by bad code alone; they come from integrations built without considering what happens when the other system is slow or down.
We build every integration to retry failed calls, log what it did, and alert a named person when something cannot be resolved automatically. The specification we agree before building includes these failure cases explicitly, because they are where most of the real-world effort goes.
- What happens if the other system does not respond
- What happens if data arrives in an unexpected format
- Who is alerted, how, and how quickly
- How a failed sync is replayed once the problem is fixed

Questions
Which platforms do you develop for?
Shopify, including apps and checkout extensions, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and headless builds with Next.js. Magento work has its own offer.
Why not use an app?
Often an app is the right answer, and we will say so. A custom build makes sense when no app fits, when several apps conflict, or when the monthly fees add up to more than a one-off build.
Who owns the code?
You do. It is delivered in a repository under your account.
