About this service

Sometimes a person explains a service better than any animation. We write the script, cast a presenter or coach someone from your team, film with proper lighting, sound and a teleprompter, and edit with graphics that support what is said. The result works as a website video, an ad or a sales asset.

Why most staff presenters look nervous

Putting a team member on camera builds trust, but it often goes wrong. They are handed a long script the night before, try to memorise it, and spend the shoot looking up and sideways as they search for the next line. The result looks stiff, and they hate watching it.

We prepare presenters properly. The script is written for speaking, with short sentences and natural phrasing, and tested aloud. On set, a teleprompter shows the words at the right pace so nobody memorises anything. We film in short sections, which makes each take easier and gives the editor more options.

Sound is half the picture

Viewers forgive slightly imperfect images far more readily than bad sound. Echoey rooms, air conditioning hum and a microphone too far away make a presenter sound distant and amateur, whatever the camera quality.

We bring proper microphones, check the room for noise and echo, and treat it where we can. Lighting is set so the presenter looks natural rather than flat or harsh.

In editing, graphics and captions reinforce the key points: a figure appearing as the presenter says it, a short list on screen, the product shown at the right moment. That keeps attention and helps viewers with the sound off.

Questions

Can someone from our team present?

Yes, and it often builds more trust. We coach them before filming, and the teleprompter means nobody memorises a script.

Do you use generated presenters?

No. Every presenter is a real person filmed on set.

What languages are available?

Presenters in English, Romanian and several other European languages; subtitles can be added in more.
