About this service
Most SEO plans fail on capacity, not on ideas. We review where your site stands, decide what has to happen first, and lay out the work month by month at a pace your team or budget can keep. Each line says who does it, how long it takes and what it is expected to change.
Why most SEO plans stall by month three
The typical SEO strategy document lists forty good ideas and assumes unlimited time to carry them out. Then the marketing manager has six hours a month, the developer has a three-month backlog, and by spring the plan is a file nobody opens. The ideas were fine. The plan ignored capacity.
We start by asking how many hours or how much budget you really have each month, and we plan to that number. If it is small, the roadmap is short and focused. If a goal cannot be reached at that capacity, we say so plainly and show what it would take, so you decide with the numbers in front of you rather than finding out in month nine.
Sequencing: what goes first and what waits
Order matters more than most plans admit. Content published on a site with indexing problems may never rank. Links pointing at thin pages earn little. So the roadmap runs technical blockers first, then the pages closest to earning traffic, then new content, then authority. The exact mix depends on what the review finds.
Every line in the roadmap names an owner, an estimate in hours and the number it should move. Traffic expectations come as a range per quarter with the assumptions spelled out, such as how many articles get published and how many links land. If the assumptions slip, you can see why the result slipped too.
The roadmap also lists what you are choosing not to do this year. A short list of deliberate omissions stops good-sounding side projects from eating the hours the main plan needs.

Questions
How is this different from an audit?
An audit lists what is wrong. A roadmap decides what to do about it, in what order, with what resources, and what to leave alone.
Will you forecast our traffic?
As a range, with the assumptions beside it. A single number would be a guess presented as a promise.
Can we hand the roadmap to another provider?
Yes. It is written so that any competent team can carry it out.
