About this service
Most marketing reports pull numbers from five places that disagree with each other. Google Ads claims one figure, Meta another, and analytics a third. We set naming rules for every campaign link, check that analytics records what matters, and build a dashboard that puts every channel side by side on the same terms. In the largest package we write the monthly report too.
Why your channels never add up
Add up the conversions claimed by Google Ads, Meta and your email platform and the total is often larger than your actual sales. This is not a bug. Each platform counts a sale it was involved in, within its own time window, and some count people who only saw an ad. Analytics, by default, credits one source per sale.
We do not try to force the numbers to match. We report each platform's view beside analytics and the actual sales figure, and explain in plain words why they differ. That stops the monthly meeting from turning into an argument about which number is true, and keeps attention on what is improving.
Link naming is the unglamorous fix
Most messy analytics comes from campaign links. One person tags a newsletter "Email", another "email", a third "newsletter", and analytics treats them as three channels. Social posts go out with no tags at all and show up as referral traffic. Over a year the reports become impossible to read.
We set one naming convention for source, medium and campaign, and give everyone a simple link builder sheet that produces correct links. It takes ten minutes to learn and saves hours of cleaning later. Within a month or two, reports start to show channels you can actually compare.

Questions
Why do Google Ads and analytics show different numbers?
They count differently. Ad platforms credit themselves for any conversion within their window, including views. Analytics usually credits the last click. Both are right by their own rules, so we report them side by side and explain the gap.
Is the dashboard tool free?
Looker Studio is free. Connecting some ad platforms needs a paid data connector, which we will flag with its cost before setting it up.
Do you install analytics on the website?
We check and fix what is there. A full analytics installation, with every site event set up from scratch, is the website analytics setup offer.
