About this service
We write business plans that a reader can follow and test. That means a short summary that states the case, a market section built on real sources, an honest view of competitors, an operations plan and a financial model where every number traces to a stated assumption. We are not accountants or financial advisers; where licensed advice is needed, we tell you so and you take it from a qualified professional.
A plan readers can test
Investors, partners and grant assessors read many business plans, and they recognise the weak ones quickly: a market size quoted from a headline with no source, projections that grow 300 percent a year with no explanation, competitors described as "none" or dismissed in a sentence. These plans are not rejected for being ambitious. They are rejected because the reader cannot check the reasoning.
We write plans where every claim can be traced. Market figures come with named sources and the method used to narrow them to your segment. Competitors are described fairly, including what they do well. Financial projections sit in a spreadsheet where each number links back to an assumption written in plain words, such as conversion rate, average order value or hiring dates, so a reader can change one and see the effect.
What we do and what we refer out
Writing a business plan involves numbers, but we are not accountants, tax advisers or regulated financial advisers. We build forecasts from your assumptions and test them against benchmarks, and we challenge figures that look unrealistic. We do not certify accounts, give tax advice or advise on legal structure, share issues or investment terms.
Where your plan touches those areas, we say so plainly and recommend that a qualified professional reviews them before you rely on the plan or send it to anyone. Most clients have their accountant check the financial section; it is a short review and it makes the plan stronger.

Questions
Will you invent the numbers?
No. Projections come from your assumptions, tested against benchmarks. We challenge figures that look unrealistic and write every assumption down so readers can check them.
Do you give financial or tax advice?
No. We are not licensed advisers. Have your accountant review tax, legal structure and financial statements before you rely on them.
Can the plan guarantee funding?
No plan can. A clear, honest plan improves your chances because readers can see the thinking; the decision is always the funder's.
