One-off emails make an inconsistent brand
Many businesses build each email from scratch or from a copy of the last one. Over a year, fonts change, buttons get different colours and the layout drifts depending on who built it. Subscribers notice, even if they cannot say what changed.
A modular system fixes that. We design the building blocks once — header, hero, product grid, article, testimonial, call to action, footer — and your team assembles each email from approved pieces. They can be creative with the content without being able to break the design.
Phone first, dark mode included
Most marketing emails are opened on phones, often while doing something else. Small text, tiny buttons and side-by-side columns that do not stack become hard to use. We design every module for a narrow screen first, then check how it expands on desktop.
Dark mode is the other common trap. Many mail clients invert colours automatically, turning a dark logo on a transparent background invisible, or making text unreadable. We test every module in dark mode and prepare logo versions that survive it.
Templates are built in your platform's own editor rather than as custom code. That keeps them editable by your team and compatible when the platform updates.

Will it work in Outlook?
Platform editors produce Outlook-safe code, and we test the result. Some effects, like rounded images, degrade gracefully in older Outlook versions.
Can you write the emails too?
