About this service

We design product catalogues that make it easy to find, compare and order. That means a clear section structure, a consistent product layout, product codes and prices placed where buyers look for them, and a template built so updates do not mean starting again. Delivered print-ready and as a clickable PDF.

Built for finding, not just for flicking

A brand lookbook is browsed. A product catalogue is searched. Trade buyers open it with a code, a size or a product type in mind and want to land on it quickly. Catalogues designed like magazines, with every spread laid out differently, look lovely and slow down every order.

We plan the structure first, matching sections to how your buyers think: by application, by product family or by size range. Every product then follows one fixed layout, with the code, price and key specifications always in the same place on the page. Once a buyer has found one product, they know where to look on every other page.

Next year's catalogue should be an update

Most catalogues are rebuilt from scratch each season because the previous version was assembled by hand. Prices, codes and descriptions were typed in, so updating them means retyping, and every retyped number is a chance for an error that costs a sale or a dispute.

We build the catalogue on master pages and, in the largest package, link product data from your spreadsheet into the layout. When prices change, the spreadsheet is updated and re-imported. Every number is still checked by proof, but the risk of a typo goes down sharply and the update takes days rather than weeks.

Questions

Can prices be updated without a redesign?

Yes. In the largest package, prices and codes flow from your spreadsheet into the layout, so updating them is a re-import rather than a manual edit.

Do you arrange printing?

We prepare files to your printer's specification and can check their proof. The print order is placed and paid by you directly.

Do you photograph the products?

Not in this offer. We work from your images and can edit them for consistency through product photo editing.
