About this service
A brochure is an argument spread across pages. We plan the page order with you, design a clear grid and type system, lay out your content, and prepare files for print with correct bleed, binding and colour, plus a lighter interactive PDF for email. Copy editing can be added if the text is not final.
Page order is the argument
Many brochures are laid out in the order the content arrived: about us first, then services, then a list of clients, then contact. That order suits the company, not the reader. The reader wants to know what problem you solve and why they should believe you, before learning when you were founded.
We plan the page order with you before any design. Each spread gets one job: state the problem, show the approach, prove it, make the offer. That flat plan is agreed in advance, which saves rearranging pages later.
Print and screen are different products
A print brochure needs high-resolution images, bleed, and attention to folds and binding. A brochure sent by email needs to be small enough not to bounce and to open quickly on a phone. Using the same file for both usually means it fails at one of them.
We deliver two versions: a print-ready file prepared for your binding and paper, and an interactive PDF with working links and compressed images for email and your website.
Page counts matter for print. Bound brochures are usually made of folded sheets, so the page count should be a multiple of four. We plan content to fit, so you are not left with blank pages or forced to cut content at the last minute.

Why must page counts be multiples of four?
Most bound brochures are printed on folded sheets of four pages. We plan the content to fit, so you do not end up with blank pages.
Can we edit it later?
You get the InDesign files. If your team uses Canva or PowerPoint instead, an editable template version can be added.
