About this service

You have bought or chosen a video template and need it to look like yours. We replace the text, logo, colours, footage and music, fix the timing so your words fit, and make sure the result does not look like the template's demo. You also get the editable project, so simple text changes later do not need us.

Making a template look like yours

Templates save time and money, and they also carry a risk: looking like every other video made from the same file. The demo uses the template designer's colours, fonts and stock footage, and if only the words are changed, viewers may recognise it, especially on popular templates.

We change more than the text. Colours are replaced throughout, including the small accents that are easy to miss. Fonts are swapped to yours and spacing adjusted so they fit. Placeholder footage is replaced with yours and graded to match. Where a scene does not suit your content, we adapt or drop it rather than forcing your message into it.

Timing is where templates break

Template designers write placeholder text that fits their animation perfectly: three words here, five there. Real messages are longer. Squeeze them in and text flashes past too fast to read, or gets cut off at the edges. Shrink the font and it becomes unreadable on a phone.

We adjust the timing of each scene to the text it carries, extend holds where needed and split long lines across two scenes. Every version is checked on a phone at normal playback speed. We also check the template's licence covers your use, because some licences exclude paid advertising or reselling, and finding out after publishing is a costly surprise.

Questions

Which software do you work in?

After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Canva and CapCut templates.

Who pays for the template?

You do, in your name, so the licence covers your use. We will tell you if a template's licence does not cover what you plan.

Can you make a custom design instead?

Yes. If a template is fighting your content, a custom animation can cost less than forcing it. Look at kinetic text animation or our explainer offers.
