About this service
For a launch, a seasonal offer or a product that needs more explaining than an ad allows. We write long-form promotional pieces for your blog, your newsletter or a paid placement on a publisher's site, labelled as sponsored where they are. The article does the persuading an ad cannot fit into 90 characters.
Why most sponsored articles get skipped
Readers spot a promotional article in the first paragraph, and most leave in the second. The usual cause is a piece that opens with the company, its history and its award, when the reader came for an answer to a problem. By the time the useful part arrives, nobody is left to read it.
We invert the order. The opening half deals honestly with the reader's problem: what causes it, what people try first, why that often fails. The product appears when the reader is already asking what works, which is the only moment a recommendation feels like help rather than a pitch.
That structure also survives a publisher's editor. Most sites that accept paid placements reject copy that reads as a brochure, and a rejected submission costs a week. Writing to their guidelines from the brief stage avoids the round trip.
Labelled, evidenced and placed where readers are
A sponsored article that hides its sponsorship is a risk to you, not only to the publisher. Consumer protection rules across the EU and the UK expect paid content to be identified, and readers trust a labelled piece more than one they catch out later. Every article we write for a paid slot carries the label the publisher requires.
Claims get the same treatment. If the article says the product halves setup time, we ask for the test that showed it, and the sentence says exactly what the test showed. Where the evidence is thin, the claim becomes softer or disappears, because one challenged claim discredits everything around it.
- Your own blog or newsletter, where the call to action can be direct
- Paid placements on publishers your buyers already read, bought by you directly
- Partner or distributor newsletters, rewritten for their audience
- Never on sites that exist to sell links, whatever their traffic figures say
What you get
Everything below is in the price. Nothing here is an upgrade.
- A one-page brief per article: reader, angle, offer, call to action
- Finished articles of 800 to 1,500 words, ready to publish
- Two headline options and a meta description per article
- Image placements marked, with captions written
- A short version of each article for email or social
What changes
- One article per offer, each built around a single reader problem
- A call to action that matches where the article is published
- Copy that meets a publisher's sponsored-content guidelines on first submission
- Every product claim backed by evidence you supplied
How it runs
Brief
Who reads it, where they meet it, and the one thing it has to make them do.
Angle
The reader's problem first, so the product arrives as an answer rather than an interruption.
Write
A full draft with both headlines, written to the placement's length and rules.
Revise
Your changes, plus a final check that every claim still has its evidence.

Questions
Can you get the article onto a news site?
We write to the publisher's guidelines and prepare the submission. Paid placements are bought by you, directly from the publisher, and are labelled as sponsored. We do not place articles on sites that exist to sell links.
Will it read like an advert?
It is promotional and does not pretend otherwise. What stops it reading like an advert is that the first half helps the reader with their problem before the product appears.
Can we make claims about results?
Only ones you can back up. A claim without evidence gets rewritten or removed, because a publisher's editor will ask the same question we do.
