Print goes wrong in the last millimetre

Printers cut stacks of cards with a small margin of error. Text placed too close to the edge gets trimmed. Backgrounds that stop exactly at the edge leave a thin white line. Rich black on screen prints as a dull grey unless the file is set up correctly.

We prepare every print file with bleed, safe margins and the right colour settings for your printer. Special finishes such as foil, spot UV or embossing need separate layers, which we create to the printer's specification. Every name, phone number and email address is proofread before files go out.

Templates people will actually use

A beautifully designed letterhead is useless if it only exists as a print file. Staff end up pasting the logo into a blank Word document, and each letter looks a little different. Over time, the brand drifts.

We build the letterhead as an editable template in Word or Google Docs, with fixed header and footer, styles for headings and body text, and margins that keep the layout intact. The same applies to quotes and invoices on the largest package.

Email signatures get the same care. Many signatures look fine in one email client and fall apart in Outlook. We build them in a format that survives the main clients and test them before rolling out to staff.
