What a business in Oulu has to get right

Finnish sites need a privacy notice and cookie consent, and complaints go to the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutettu). Finland's NIS2 law, with Traficom and its NCSC-FI as supervisor, has applied since 2025, and Finvoice e-invoicing and MobilePay are everyday expectations. Health-tech suppliers face heavy data questions.
