About this product
Your websites, servers and services watched around the clock, with our team responding when something fails. You hear about problems from us — with what we have already done about them — not from your customers.
Monitoring is only useful if someone answers
Plenty of tools will send an alert when a site goes down. The alert usually arrives at 3 a.m. in an inbox nobody reads, and the problem is discovered at 9 by a customer.
We watch availability, response times, disk space, certificates and the other quiet things that fail before the big ones. When a check fails, the alert comes to us, and we act on it according to the runbook we agreed with you.
- Uptime and response time checks every minute
- Disk, memory and certificate expiry warnings
- Response by our team, with a written runbook
- Incident report after every outage

Questions
Do you monitor systems you do not host?
Yes. Monitoring works on anything reachable, and response depends on the access you give us.
Is response around the clock?
Monitoring is. Response hours depend on the level you choose, stated in the plan.
What does a runbook contain?
For each kind of failure: what we check, what we are allowed to do, and when we call you.
