About this service
Most internal training is a slide deck somebody talks over once. We turn subject knowledge into structured modules with clear objectives, short lessons, scenarios and assessments, build them in the authoring tool you use, and export to SCORM or xAPI for your learning platform.
A recorded presentation is not a course
The fastest way to build online training is to record the person who usually gives it and upload the video. It is also the reason so much training gets skipped, played at double speed or left running in another tab. Nobody checks whether anyone learned anything, because nothing in the format asks.
We start from what a learner must be able to do afterwards and write each objective so it can be tested. Content that does not serve an objective comes out, which usually shortens the material considerably. What remains is broken into lessons a person can finish between other tasks.
Assessment is built in from the storyboard, not added at the end. Scenario questions put the learner in a situation from your workplace and ask what they would do, with feedback that explains each answer. That tells you far more than a quiz on definitions.
The package has to work inside your LMS
A course that looks perfect in the authoring tool can fail on upload. It may not record completion, report the wrong score, or lose a learner's progress if they close the window halfway. These faults only appear inside the learning platform, which is why we test there.
Before handover we upload the package, complete it as a learner, fail the assessment on purpose, resume from a closed session and confirm the platform records each event. SCORM 1.2 is the safest choice for older platforms; SCORM 2004 or xAPI give richer tracking where your LMS supports them, and we will recommend one.

Questions
Which learning platforms do you support?
Anything that accepts SCORM or xAPI: Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo, Cornerstone, LearnDash and most others. We test in your platform, or in a standard SCORM test environment if you cannot give us access.
Can you record the voice-over?
The narration script is included. Recorded voice-over is an extra, priced per finished minute.
Do you write compliance training?
We write and build it. The legal or regulatory content must come from, or be approved by, your compliance owner, because the course cannot be more correct than its source.
