About this service
Visitors decide whether to stop at a stand in the few seconds it takes to walk past. We design the layout and graphics so the aisle view says what you do and who it is for, plan where conversations happen, and deliver artwork sized exactly to your stand builder's or the venue's templates.
The aisle view decides everything
Visitors walk past a stand in a few seconds. In that time they need to understand what you do and whether it is relevant to them. Most stands fail this test because they put the company name at the top and a list of services in small text at eye level, where it is blocked by staff and visitors.
We design for the aisle. The top of the stand carries what you do in a few words, readable from well down the aisle. The middle band carries proof or a hook. Detail goes lower, where people who stop can read it. Tables move out of the entrance so the stand invites people in rather than guarding it.
Builder templates and venue deadlines
Every stand system and builder has its own templates: panel sizes, bleed, seams, safe areas and file formats. Artwork that ignores them arrives at the printer and gets rejected or, worse, printed with text across a seam. At an exhibition, there is no time to reprint.
We work from the builder's or venue's actual templates and send files they can use without adjustment. We also track the deadlines that matter: graphics due dates, rigging approvals and venue rules on height and lighting.
Reuse saves money across a season. Where possible we design modular panels and messages that work at different stand sizes, so the next event needs a few new pieces rather than a complete redesign.

Questions
Do you build the stand?
No. We design it and prepare the files; your stand builder or printer produces it. We can review their quotes and proofs.
How early should we start?
Six to eight weeks before the event for custom stands, because builders and venues have their own deadlines. Graphics for a shell scheme can be done in two.
Can we reuse the graphics?
Yes, if planned for it. We design with modular panels where possible so they fit different stand sizes.
