About this service
We go through your ad account the way an accountant goes through expenses. We look at the search terms you actually paid for, the conversions the system is optimising towards, the settings changed by auto-applied recommendations, and the campaigns competing with each other. You get a findings report ranked by wasted spend. In the larger packages, we make the fixes ourselves.
Where ad accounts usually leak money
The search terms report is the first place we look, because it shows what people actually typed before you paid for their click. Broad match keywords, combined with automated bidding, often stretch far beyond what anyone intended. A plumbing company pays for "plumbing apprenticeship". A software firm pays for "free alternative to" its own product category.
The second leak is conversion tracking. If the account counts page views, button clicks or newsletter signups as conversions, automated bidding chases those instead of sales or real leads. The account looks efficient and the business sees no difference. We compare what the account calls conversions with what your shop or CRM recorded in the same period.
Third are the settings nobody chose. Auto-applied recommendations that changed bids and added keywords. Search partner and display network placements switched on by default. Performance Max campaigns quietly bidding on your own brand name and taking credit for customers who were already looking for you.
How findings are ranked
An audit that lists 80 findings with equal weight is not much help. Ours ranks each issue by estimated wasted spend per month, and gives an effort estimate for fixing it. Some fixes take five minutes, such as adding a list of negative keywords, and recover real money. Others, such as rebuilding a campaign structure, take longer and pay back more slowly.
Where we implement, every change is logged with its date so you can see the effect. We do not make sweeping changes in one go: large simultaneous edits restart learning on automated bidding and make it impossible to tell which change helped.

Questions
Our agency says the account is fine. Why would we need this?
A second view costs little compared with a year of spend. If the account is fine, the report will say so plainly, and you will have it in writing.
Do we need to give you full access?
Read access is enough for the review. For the fixes we need standard access, which you can remove the day we finish.
Which platforms do you review?
Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn. TikTok and Pinterest on request.
